How soon after I place my order will it ship?

We are striving to get your order shipped to you as quickly as possible. But typically orders will ship 1-2 business days after purchase. You will receive an email with tracking info that you can track, follow, and/or stalk until your package arrive!

Do you ship orders worldwide?

Not at this time. We currently ship to The United States only for now. We hope to ship Canada and internationally in the future! 

Can I cancel my order?

Absolutely! If your order hasn’t been marked as completed or shipped, then you are able to cancel. An order may be canceled prior to shipping. Once an order has shipped, all sales are final. We reserve the right to cancel any unshipped order. We reserve the right to cancel or adjust any orders when unable to communicate with the customer.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

I’m sorry to hear that your beautiful handmade product was damaged before you had a chance to handle it. But please feel free to email info@bluebraincreations.com or use the above form and let’s get that resolved ASAP!
